I agree with Wardles article, I believe nobody can write in gerenal. Writing depends on the situation. You write for purpose. A specific purpose. Writing a report for an experiment is much different than writing a summary of a book. The style of what you write depends of why you are writing. In the article written by Catherine Savini, “Looking for Trouble: Finding Your way into a Writing Assignment”, I found it a very interesting how she related writing to problem solving. It makes sense. When you ask yourself these questions and think of answers, a lot of ideas may flow through your head. It is a great way to get started when writing. She emphazies how when writing, you have to problem solve. Think about what the problem is and try to find a solution. Both of these writers seem to look at writing in a more unique way. They also share these thoughts with the readers to help us understand that writing is not step by step. I believe writing is an art. Everyone has their own style. It includes deeper thinking. When I say deep thinking, I mean thinking more into depth of the topic and outside if the box. There is no rules in writing. It is a form of art. Writing comes out of your imagination and your heart. When given a task or assignment, you must think deeper to understand the assignment to write a genuine response. Writing is unique within each person as it comes from the heart of each individual.
