Grammar shouldn’t matter all the time

So in this blog post, I will be talking specifically about the article, ” I won’t hire people who use poor grammar. Here is why. ” In my opinion, While I agree with some parts. I believe this is something that should be handled on a case-by-case basis. Some jobs of course are going to need somebody who can use proper grammar like a writing job. So I understand taking grammar more seriously with someone’s resume for a writing job. I also think it’s a thing that shows the levels connected somebody has to a job, But once again I don’t think it should be the end of the old deal depending on how many grammar mistakes or has severe the grammar mistake is. Because if it’s worth a job like at McDonald’s I don’t think it should be that impossible. I also think that grammar shouldn’t matter all the time because one’s writing ability isn’t going to be tested at a McDonald’s or a construction site most of the time. Finally, there’s also the factor of English not being someone’s 1st language or a disability or whatever else causing them to make grammar mistakes in the resume, I think this is clarified and the mistakes shouldn’t even be a factor or whether or not that person gets hired. So that’s my opinion on this article I understand why grammar mistakes can show what someone is getting into basically but I don’t think it is an end all be all sort of thing.
