The appearance of your essay can be really important as you think. designing your essay bring the reading attention not just words but with pictures too. a picture can express more than words. I’m not saying only just texts buy you add some graphic pictures, change the front, using different text front and etc. not only designing your essay as unique as possible. but presenting your essay is also truly important too.
Document Designing and Formatting.
The Four key design elements are Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, Proximity are the design stregnth, They are also called CRAP. they all influence and work well together and its one of the best ways to present a perfect document. Contrast involves with adding Bold format and different sizes to your text. it grabs the reader attention seeing the boldness in the text. Repetition involves with the shape and color. it involves page numbers and colors to seek the text more. Alignment makes the paper smoothy and clean. Proximity is the placement of a text so its easy for the reader to find information based on the sections.
My thoughts
I personally didn’t know about designing a paper until I read the article. It makes me want to write my essay differently because not only its a unique style but it can grab the reader attention. Usually I would do a normal essay keeping the test in one format, have a boring text, probably have a run off straight essay. but now that I know that I can add and change it adding pictures, different front, unique texts and more. I can apply a lot for my next writing document I have to write next.
